Krokus 6 is a popular and centrally located apartment. Just note that it does not have a TV or washing machine. But there is a self-service laundromat in the village about 280 metres (3 minutes walk) if required. Also, note that the stovetop in this apartment is an induction hob. Induction-compatible cookware is provided.
Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is a 12-minute scenic train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 21.30 and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire upon arrival at Wengen train station if required.
