Chalet Bella Vista 2 is a luxury 1st floor 2 bedroom holiday apartment which affords its guests beautiful mountain views. Recently constructed, this property was built to exacting specifications and is very conveniently located just 200 metres walk to the centre of the family-friendly “car-free” village of Wengen.
This apartment sleeps up to 4 people:
Bedroom 1 = 1 double king-sized bed
Bedroom 2 = 2 single / twin beds
All beds are European sizes.
Bathroom 1 = bathtub with shower overhead and WC
Bathroom 2 = shower and WC
Apartment location - being just 200m walk downhill from the train station, 150m to the nearest supermarket and 300m to the cable car and nursery ski slopes, mountain hiking trails and ski areas are just a few steps away! There is even a lift to get you to all floors!
At 90 square metres, and with a large south and west-facing L-shaped balcony, this 1st-floor apartment is sunny and spacious enabling you to relax indoors or out while absorbing the stunning mountain views!
The contemporary kitchen has full-length windows and doors to the balcony which bring the outdoors in, making it bright and welcoming. It has a dishwasher and all the modern equipment for cooking and dining you would expect, while there is free WiFi, cable TV (English and German channels) and DVD player for your entertainment.
The open living area, with its warm wood panelling, is also home to a Swedish wood-burner - a great place to warm your toes after a day skiing or hiking! The surrounding shelves are lined with books and games making it a very cosy and genial space to relax or play.

What you should know...
Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 14-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if you require assistance to your chalet.

Decor and setting of the place is so nice. The beds were comfortable, open kitchen, relaxing deck with views of a lifetime, incredibly quiet and peaceful, three minute walk to the grocery and center of town. Shower has great tub for children. Propertsee more
